War Hammer 2014

Weighing a little over 2.5 lbs., the Cold Steel War Hammer 2014 is a collectible piece intended for historical display. The head is drop-forged from 1055 steel and differentially heat treated. The point of the spike and the substantial 1 1/2" x 1 1/2" hammer face are fully hardened for durability, while the remainder of the head is left softer to help absorb shock. The 30" handle is made from straight-grain American hickory. A pair of sturdy steel langets can be attached below the head using the supplied screws to reinforce the handle. Some assembly is required, and instructions are included.
