The Honshu Historic Forge 14th Century French Arming Sword is a collectible piece inspired by medieval French design and intended for historical display. Measuring 38 inches overall, it features a 31 1/2-inch blade forged from 1080 high-carbon steel with a specified hardness of 50–53 HRC. The 4-inch wet-wrapped leather handle is complemented by an integrated, peened circular pommel and a sturdy crossguard. It weighs 2.2 pounds and has a point of balance 4 1/2 inches from the guard. A genuine black leather scabbard with a reinforced metal tip is included for storage and transport.
