Autumn Leaf Katana Forged

The Autumn Leaf Katana Forged by Dragon King combines traditional Japanese sword styling with a refined seasonal motif. Inspired by the symbolism of the ginkgo leaf, its design features a blackened, moon-shaped stainless steel tsuba, falling-leaf silhouettes, and good-fortune grasshopper and bell cricket menuki. It is a distinctive collectible display piece for those who appreciate detailed craftsmanship and traditional construction. The forged 5160 carbon steel blade is differentially tempered, with an edge rated at approximately HRC 60 and a more resilient back at approximately HRC 40. The blade measures 27 1/4 inches, with a 1 1/2-inch kissaki and a 1 1/8-inch sori that creates a classic katana profile. The 12-inch tsuka is secured with two bamboo mekugi and wrapped in tan tsuka-ito, complementing the blackened fittings. A black lacquered saya completes the presentation, featuring a buffalo horn-rimmed koiguchi and kurikata with a black sageo.
